Press Release - For Immediate Release

Bozeman, MT & Charlottesville, VA – The OWLS Corporate Learning Center has a new name, Organizational Wide Leadership Solutions, a new look and a new web site to better reflect the dynamic custom programs they provide to businesses and organizations.

Additionally, OWLS has partnered with several more resorts and conference centers to provide their high end corporate retreats.

KMG International, Inc, created a new OWLS brand that is unique and powerful, addressing the needs of organizations with proven solutions and long-term strategy.

“Their business was exciting and their methods achieved amazing results, but OWLS needed a presence and brand identity that told their story. They needed an image as dynamic and inspiring as their programs”. Said Carol Kriegel, CEO of KMG, International

KMG International, Inc., a global marketing firm, rose to the challenge, creating a creative and effective brand that communicates the innovative techniques and the lasting results OWLS delivers.

While many companies offer team-building courses, OWLS is different. They approach each client individually, assessing needs and designing company-specific solutions, and continue with a strong follow-up program to ensure the positive changes don’t fade away. OWLS takes a long-term approach, forming relationships with the organizations to continue growth and excellence.

The new look and feel of the website, brochures and advertising combine to make a total statement about the approach and services offered by OWLS, and position the company as a distinct brand in a sea of competitors.

Adventure programs will continue to run through the old company, the Outdoor Wilderness Leadership School and will consist of Rock Climbing, Caving, Kayaking and Certification Courses in Virginia, Montana and Idaho.

Studies show that most employees leave supervisors - not companies. Are you doing what's necessary to keep good people on board, or simply crossing your fingers and hoping for the best?
