The Big Five or Five-Factor
Model is a personality tool, used to identify decision
making styles, that was developed from research beginning in 1936
from a study of the words used to describe personality.
This tool provides an in-depth view of an individual or team’s
personality defining the Five super traits and subsequent
sub traits that make up the richness of who we are.
The tool has several applications; for an individual, manager,
or executive, as a 360 feedback tool, to make up a team, as part
of the criteria in job placement, as an "HR Optimization
Tool", as part of a team building or leadership development
program, or as a coaching tool. The questionnaire can be
taken on-line and results are administered either individually
or as a workshop to a group.
