Each participant completes, in advance, a behavioral assessment and the results are integrated into the team building exercises. Participants validate their own natural behavioral tendencies and identify their own, as well as other's ideal environments, coaching techniques, leadership styles, and strengths that can be over used. They apply the understanding of natural behavioral tendencies in several coaching and leadership role plays.
