natural behavioral tendencies into the team building process.
Each participant completes, in advance, a behavioral assessment
and the results are integrated into the team building exercises.
Participants validate their own natural behavioral tendencies
and identify their own, as well as other's ideal environments,
coaching techniques, leadership styles, and strengths that can
be over used. They apply the understanding of natural behavioral
tendencies in several coaching and leadership role plays. The
final exercise requires the completion of a team assessment exercise
that requires the team members to identify the strengths and weaknesses
of each team member, ideal environments, coaching and motivation
techniques and how to organize to achieve a team objective.
