Call 406-920-2808 or go to the "Contact Us" button and send an e-mail. A sales associate will contact you to do an exploratory interview and provide you with a free proposal. What size groups do you work with: We need at least five participants to do many of our course designs. To date the largest group we have worked with was 400 participants at one time. Do you work with non-profit groups: Yes, we work with any group; private, public, or governmental. We have special pricing for non profits ask our sales associates. What if it rains, snows, is 110° or -30°? We learn how to do the activities in those conditions. Except lightning, we move indoors! What do I need to bring? It depends on the program, your lead facilitator will let you know if anything special needs to be brought. Generally, all of our programs are completely outfitted with equipment and even snacks and water. What is the cancellation policy? OWLS may cancel courses due to unsafe weather. All corporate adventure courses are paid in full at the time of booking. There are no refunds for courses canceled within 14 days of scheduled times. All corporate courses are handled under contract.
