OWLS may cancel courses due to unsafe weather payment is refunded completely.

Adventure Courses cancelled within 7 days of the program date are non refundable.  Courses cancelled outside of the 7 days from the program are fully refundable.

Corporate Courses are paid in full at the time of booking. There are no refunds for courses canceled within 30 days of scheduled times. Courses cancelled outside of the 30 days are fully refundable minus any incurred expenses.

No product is sent to the customer. Once a course is paid the customer must retain the confirmation number for proof of purchase.

All information submitted is considered confidential in nature and will not be disclosed to anyone except under a subpoena in a court of law.
