This is a multifaceted partnership where we look at your training and development goals over the short and long term and create a custom solution to reach those goals. Typically, these programs are initiated from the top down or through specific departments or divisions.

We spend a considerable amount of time up front with you to identify your training goals through our exclusive Partnership Analysis In-depth Needs Study™. We then, through our extensive network of certified and professional trainers, create a program that we roll out with our clients.

These two to three day programs usually begin with the senior team who will then co-facilitate the course objectives with the OWLS facilitators on a monthly basis company wide. We are then able to deliver quality consistent program objectives, messages, and corporate responsibilities and values to the entire company over a period of time.
