Erik Henyon - CEO Founder
Owner of Organizational Wide Leadership Solutions and the Outdoor
Wilderness Leadership School. Erik was once on track to become
an environmental attorney. He then switched directions: first
becoming an elementary school teacher, then an environmental consultant
before founding OWLS in 1996. Erik has also worked since 1996
in the field of management training and consulting. He has designed
and delivered hundreds of training programs for corporations,
schools, and government agencies. Erik is a certified behavioral
analyst and a professional coach.
Erik was a presenter at Perdue University's School of Engineering
CEPDS 18 Conference in 2003 speaking on behavioral job match.
Erik also presented at the National Convention of PSMA and SPMS
in Phoenix Arizona in 2003. Erik received the 2006 business man
of the year award for the state of Montana. In the summer of 2007
Erik completed the stringent requiremnts of the American Mountain
Guide Association's accreditation and become a certified AMGA
Top Rope Instructor
Mr. Henyon obtained a BS in Environmental Science from University
of Wyoming and is a graduate of the Colorado Outward Bound School.
In addition, he holds certification from the National Outdoor
Leadership School, the Association for Experiential Education,
and is a ropes course instructor as well as a professional mountain

Robin Weeks - National Sales
Robin’s work experience includes 15 years in the retail
industry in the areas of store management and training, overseas
product development and buying for multi-store operations. This
laid the foundation for solid business knowledge and experience.
She has also worked in the non-profit sector and was a managing
partner in a small experiential learning business in Charlotte,
NC. She then took the position as Programs Director for Outward
Bound Professional in North Carolina at the Outward Bound School
where she incorporated her business knowledge, training experience
and entrepreneurial skills and excelled in selling and developing
team and leadership programs. She has worked with clients such
as American Leadership Forum, Wachovia Bank, Lowe’s Home
Improvement, Microsoft, Capital One, and other national companies
and organizations.
Her passion is for helping organizations and their people develop
into high performance teams, good leaders and managers. Robin
has expertise in program design and can work closely with you
to custom design a program to meet your specific needs. She is
also a corporate facilitator, coach and certified Big Five Personality
consultant.

Debbie Taylor - National Sales
Debbie has spent the last 12 years as CEO of her own international
consulting firm working with several financial institutions and
corporate clients on buy/sell contracts as well as commodity trades.
She has over 25 years of sales and management experience with
several awards for outstanding sales achievement.
She attended the University of Maryland and has completed graduate
level work in criminal justice at UC Berkeley. Debbie is also
a past member of the Virginia Association of Realtors and the
National Associations of Realtors. In the early 1980’s she
founded the Central VA Chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Drivers.
She has been listed in the Who’s Who of Entrepreneurs.

Franz Glaus - Worldwide Sales

Franz was certified at age 17 in the Canadian Ski Instructors’
Alliance, became an entrepreneur at 18, selling his business after
three years to attend Concordia University where he majored in
Psychology. Fulfilling a longing he’d had since childhood,
he embarked on a journey of self discovery in the wide open freedom
of the American Mountain West, where he chose a wide range of
life experiences. Franz worked in the publishing industry in which
set company records in the U.S. marketplace. He also put his skills
to work in conference organization, logistics and contracting
of world-renowned speakers and authors.
In the early 2000’s, Franz was engaged with the Bozeman-based,
national marketing and public relations firm, Kriegel Marketing
Group, securing national television, radio and press coverage
for a wide variety of clients. In the last five years, Franz has
also become part of the vibrant Southwest Montana real estate
market, logging a very productive career in resort project sales
at Big Sky Ski Resort with over $30 million in property sales.
Happily married to Fiona since 1989 and the loving father of
budding ballerina Moria, Franz injects passion and enthusiasm,
tempered with real world experience, to the training of better
leaders in the U.S. and around the world. He has experienced many
styles of leadership over the years and has become an articulate
advocate for the principles of participative leadership which
can teach us to be more authentic so that leaders and their employees
can build better relationships, enjoy more productive and rewarding
careers, and together grow more customer-focused companies and

Gina Albano - CFO
Bachelors Degree in Accounting from California State
University, Fullerton, 1982. Completed CPA training course. Gina
has over 25 years of experience as an accountant/controller, the
last sixteen with several different types of companies (general
contractors, pharmacies, retail/wholesale, restaurant, consulting,
insurance, computer, medical billing).
Experience includes all aspects of accounting from accounts receivable,
accounts payable, payroll, internal/external auditing, financial
analysis, cash flow and forecasting, budgeting, bank statement
and account reconciliation's, year-end closing, preparation of
financial statements, and individual and corporate tax return
preparation.
