Action Training

The purpose of the “Winning Through Action Training” Management conference is to develop a structured training process to ensure the success of the people on your team through a systematic method of attitude, skill and knowledge development. One of a manager’s key responsibilities is to develop “self-managed” people. The results are increased production and profit, as well as building your reputation as a professional manager. Your image of being able to recruit, select and train people to be highly successful in your business will affect your total team-building efforts.

Our experience has shown that the manager must be the ongoing trainer of a new person. The new employee needs an opportunity to work with a professional manager who is knowledgeable in the areas of professional training skills and product knowledge. The end result of training is to communicate and develop skills so that a person is able to effectively do the job for which he or she has been selected.

Once a person with the “capacity to produce” has been hired, the next major step is to have that person experience success as quickly as possible. Having and utilizing a practical, results-oriented training system that quickly provides success is another major element in creating organizational excellence.

Billions of dollars have been invested in training-much of this money has been wasted. There is no “magic pill” or “success injection” available. Successful training is an ongoing process that requires careful planning, creative thinking, continual application and full, active involvement of all members of the organization.

We will give you “content free” strategies, systems and tools to enhance these processes, thereby allowing you the flexibility of being able to train and develop people in any job situation.
