They apply the understanding of natural behavioral tendencies in several coaching and leadership role plays. The final exercise requires the completion of a team assessment exercise that requires the team members to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each team member, ideal environments, coaching and motivation techniques and how to organize to achieve a team objective.
