If you are in search of a unique and energizing leadership or team building sailing program; that you can spend with your clients or colleagues, OWLS has the perfect program for your group.

Sailing is that unique and stimulating alternative for employee leadership, team building program or simply entertaining clients. OWLS has developed two programs, TeamSail Regatta™and TeamSail Cruise™, the first of which provides intense competition while the latter is a relaxing treat.

A sailboat, with its skipper and crew, constitute a closed environment in which actions lead to readily observable and measurable results. The TeamSail Regatta is an exhilarating program that begins with basic sailing instruction on a 23 foot sailboat that leads to some fast paced competition with a race complete with committee boat, horn and marks. We use racing sailboats that can hold teams of 4 to 5 along with an experienced captain and OWLS Facilitator.

No experienced is required.

We can even plan an overnight adventure cruise to Bodkin Creek, Rock Hall or even Annapolis and of course team building and instruction are part of the cruise too. Our Sailing program is also available in San Diego, California as of 2006.
