In this team building activity groups are divided into teams. Each team will receive some, and compete for, additional raw materials including cardboard, duct tape, markers, scissors, and paddles. After which, they are instructed to engineer one cardboard boat per team that will be “crewed” by two members of that team. Teams break into three sub categories: management, marketing, and project development. After the boats are completed they are presented or marketed to the whole group before the grand regatta takes place. The boats then race around a course and the winning team is declared. There will be an awards ceremony following the regatta … Best in Show…Swimmers ear award, etc. Look forward to a fun and unique experience.
