Overcoming obstacles together. Thinking outside the box. Using resources effectively. This is what the hole in one team building activity will deliver to your group. Participants are put largely in charge of their own outcome, allowing them to structure courses under the watchful eyes of experienced facilitators. Each team will be challenged in this team building exercise to design and build a golf hole green made up of supplied and limited resources. The end result is a 9 or 18 hole golf course. This design exemplifies the challenges groups have back at the office in sharing resources and prioritizing activities and goals. Once constructed teams will market their designs and a mini-golf tournament will begin.
Together, facilitators and participants work to build a very powerful experience. This Action Reflection Learning format allows participants to tackle challenges that are important to them. It encourages them to develop their own goals and work together to achieve them.
